Leadership development designed by people who understand health and social care

Leadership Learning Series

Our Leadership Learning Series offer allows you to choose what CPD is most relevant to you.

Each theme has a range of 'bite-sized' learning resources you can sign up for, as well as a more comprehensive 'dig deeper' modular-based learning package.  Every 'dig deeper 'module consists of clear learning outcomes, an overview of how to make the most of the module, a range of resources and interactive sessions.  Each module is expected to take up to 5 days' worth of learning, depending on participant; and each participant can arrange two 30-minute tutorials per module.

Our learning and development offer is organised into the the following themes based on priorities identified by colleagues from across the health and social care sectors:

  • Developing as a leader
  • Enabling others
  • Digital developments
  • Service evaluation and improvement
  • Understanding financial drivers and constraints in service delivery

A CPD certificate will be provided on webinar attendance and following completion of each module.

All modules have been written to masters' level standard and are designed as micro-credentials which may be used as part of a body of evidence for recognition of prior learning when applying for university* masters programmes.
