Commissioned Programmes
We work with NHS employers, Local Authorities and Independent providers to design and deliver leadership development packages for staff.
These packages usually consist of a 6-12 month group programme with a range of regular in-person sessions, online resources and online facilitated sessions.

We have a range of webinars, bite-sized intros and more in-depth online / hybrid learning modules that align to the following themes:

These have been designed to be taken in isolation or as part of a wider development programme that aligns to formal post graduate study.
