Collected Personal Data
The data collected will differ depending on whether you are making an enquiry or studying with us. All data will be stored securely.
For enquiries, your name and email address / contact details will be collected in order to reply. This data will be stored securely for no longer than 12 months.
If you study with us we will be required to collect personal information such as name, address, date of birth, email and phone number to ensure unique identification. How your programme will be paid for/funded will also be recorded - see below for the purpose of this.
In addition, information about your job - job title employer, education history and professional registration/accreditation may also be required for verification purposes.
We may process other sensitive personal information including details of your race; ethnicity; religious or philosophical beliefs; disability; and/or data concerning your sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
Occasionally we may take photos/vidoes of training sessions for marketing purposes. Consent will be sought before these such events.
Purpose of collecting data
Your personal data is required for registration purposes, or to respond to queries initiated by you.
Sensitive personal information (as outlined above) is collected for demographic auditing purposes and to ensure we are delivering inclusive, accessible learning. No individual data of this nature will be shared with any third party.
We may be required to provide attendance / engagement data to your employer, if they have commissioned or funded the programme you are undertaking. If you are self-funding no data will be shared with your employer, unless consent is provided by you.
Sharing your data
Your data will only be used, if required, for verification purposes. This may be with your employer, if commissioned by them to deliver leadership development; or in exceptional circumstances, with the regulatory body as part of a formal request.
Your personal sensitive data is NOT supplied to any third parties.
