We have taken the areas you have identified as priority learning to enable you to succede as an effective leader and deliver effective, high-quality and financially sustainable services.
Bespoke development package
We work with employers, ICBs and Local Authorities to design and deliver a leadership development packages for staff. These packages usually consist of a 6-12 month group programme with a range of regular in-person sessions, online resources and online facilitated sessions.

We have a range of webinars, bite-sized intros and online learning modules that align to the following themes:

These have been designed to be taken in isolation or as part of a wider development programme that aligns to formal post garduate study
